Shmuel Mullins, spokesman for GAN subsidiary GAN Affiliation, said Wednesday that it “hopes to start with an affiliation in Michigan with Soaring Eagle in the next couple of months.” UK-based GAN Limited said it is working to develop a partnership with the largest tribal casino in Michigan, the Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort in Mount Pleasant, through which it would launch an Ocean-branded online casino in MI.
